Children’s House Montessori has been established in Wilmington since 1974. It is a not for profit organization run by a board of six. The school is located on the corners of Grubb and Naamans Roads in North Wilmington on 3.2 wooded acres complete with a compost demonstration site and nature trail. School year and summer camp programs are available. Part time and full time options, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week are offered. Contracted schedules are flexible with before and after school care options for the working parent. School tours are given every Wednesday without appointment from 9 – 11 am or call for a specialized tour.
